HOW TO REGISTER

1. Stop by the Registration Desk & and request an invitation to access our secure Patient Portal
2. Provide us with your preferred email address
3. You will receive an email with the invitation (check your junk mail too)
4. In your email inbox click on the blue "Register with United Medical Centers"
5. In the email click the "blue" link underneath "Lets get started"
6. Fill in the Identifying Information and continue
7. Complete your User Profile information
8. Click "Register" at the bottom (Green Button)
9. Select "I Accept" for the Registration Disclaimer Terms of Service
10. Log-in to your account to access your ePHI.
